oh oh.. hey everyone! MOVIE REVIEW!! you all got to watch Sex And The City (not gonna tell you the story!!) just watch it, a nice movie that has friendship as its main theme. a very nice nice show. anyway, i just wanna share a story i heard from my new bunk mate. its those type that made me did some soul-searching.
this story is called the 70th floor house.
there was once a couple who worked very very hard just to buy their dream house that looked upon the city in full view. they searched for some time and finally made up their mind to buy the house that is on top of the highest building in the city. when all the renovation ended they decided to move in. but first they had to buy food and furniture for the house. the first 20 floors of the building was shops, they bought their stuff as they made way up.
for the first 10 floors they climbed with all their excitment and energy, looking forward to their dream house. by the 20th floor they had their hands full but still filled with hope of reaching their new house. by the 30th floor, they were tired. but since they still wanted to carry on, they left all their stuff on that storey and carried on. when they reached 50th storey, the wife sat on the stairs and said, "i dun want to carry on. i just want to stop now." but with the help of husband, she was then carried all the way to the door of their new home. that was where she asked, "dear, where is the key?" the husband then replied, "i thought you had the key."
so where to you guys think where the key is? (there is a story behind this, it reflects on many of our lives but we have yet to notice. will share it in the next post ba.)
